My grandparents had this set of drawers made for my mother when she was a child. In one of her modern phases Gran painted the top red. Have recently returned it to it's original colour. Love the porcelain rose handles.

Work n Progress

I purchased my house from Ethel an 83 year old lady. I am slowly bringing it into the 21st century, while attempting to maintain some charm. This bedroom is a work in progress so watch this space.

I adored the vintage carpet and lived with it for several years but it was wearing thin so I reluctantly let it go.
